The Center City includes historic properties and older buildings which could be successfully rehabilitated. However, the cost and complexity associated with redevelopment, real or perceived, has led some developers to greenfield sites away from our urban core.
How do we encourage property owners to take advantage of tax credits and other incentives to rehabilitate these resources?
How do we encourage redevelopment of older buildings and demonstrate economic feasibility?

People can't take advantage of incentives and tax break they are not aware of. Does the city of a facebook page htey can make this information available to people with? Even advertise it in that way. I think it would be wonderful to see some of the older buildings be put into use in a new and fun way. There is so much potential downtown!
